Of course. We take not only credit card, but money order and direct deposit. You can go to any NAB branch and deposit your payment into our account or via your own internet banking facilities. Alternatively, you can buy a money order from Australia Post and send it to our postal address.

No, we are entirely a retailer. However, down the track we are looking at developing our own line.

No. We are solely an online retailer. One day we would love to open a store, but at the moment the only way you can visit us in person is at selected pet expos.

You can refer to the sizing guide underneath the product your're interested in purchasing, and measure your pet accordingly. If you're stuck between two sizes, we recommend buying the larger size. If you're still having a bit of trouble, feel free to contact us.

| I measured my pooch, and bought the corresponding size, but it doesn't fit. What can I do? |
Due to the varying shapes and sizes of dog breeds, it's difficult to get a good match. If you wish to return the item, please see our return and exchange policy.

| What is your return and exchange policy? |
If you or your pup is unsatisfied, have received the wrong item or size, you can send it back within 28 days for an exchange. Items must be in original packing and not worn or used. You will be responsible for any postage costs incurred.

| What are your shipping charges? |
We have a custom shipping charge calculation system. So depending on what you order and where you live, your shipping costs will vary, but the majority of orders have a shipping charge of $6.00. Overseas orders postage starts at $6.25 Australian Dollars.
