| What are your shipping charges? |
We have a custom shipping charge calculation system. So depending on what you order and where you live, your shipping costs will vary, but the majority of orders have a shipping charge of $6.00. Overseas orders postage starts at $6.25 Australian Dollars.

| How do I return an item? |
Please e-mail us first and then after we have confirmed the problem, you can send the item/s to:

| What is your return and exchange policy? |
If you or your pup is unsatisfied, have received the wrong item or size, you can send it back within 28 days for an exchange. Items must be in original packing and not worn or used. You will be responsible for any postage costs incurred.

| I measured my pooch, and bought the corresponding size, but it doesn't fit. What can I do? |
Due to the varying shapes and sizes of dog breeds, it's difficult to get a good match. If you wish to return the item, please see our return and exchange policy.

| I'm not quite sure what size my furry friend is? How do I know which size to order? |
You can refer to the sizing guide underneath the product your're interested in purchasing, and measure your pet accordingly. If you're stuck between two sizes, we recommend buying the larger size. If you're still having a bit of trouble, feel free to contact us.

| I'm not keen on buying over the internet, do you have a store I can visit? |
You can find us at some selected markets on the Sunshine Coast and occasionally at South East QLD pet expos. Make sure you're subscribed to our newsletter to find out which ones!

| Do you sell your items wholesale? |
No, we are entirely a retailer. However, down the track we are looking at developing our own line.

| I don't have a credit card, is there another way I can pay? |
Of course. We take not only credit card, but money order and direct deposit. You can go to any Suncorp branch and deposit your payment into our account or via your own internet banking facilities. Alternatively, you can buy a money order from Australia Post and send it to our postal address.

| I don't live in Australia, can I still buy from Diamond Pooch? |
Yes, we ship worldwide.

| Pooch of the Month Competition Terms & Conditions |
Entry open to all residents of Australia & New Zealand. Entry is via email.
Competition starts 1st June & finishes 30th June 2009 at midnight.
Prize consists of a $100 prize pack to be determined by Diamond Pooch based on pet's gender and size. The winning pet's photo will also be displayed on the Diamond Pooch website for the month of July 2009.
Entrants must submit a photo of their dog or cat via email, and the photo judged to be the best by Diamond Pooch will win the prize pack.
Winner will be notified by email or phone, and will be featured on the Diamond Pooch website.
Competition entries are limited to one per pet.
